About the institution
Milner College originated 53 years ago when Warren Milner founded his first English school in London.
His second college, Milner International, opened in 1984 and is still going strong. It was Perth’s first ELICOS college.
It’s still going strong because all we do is English – teaching people to speak it and training people to teach it. We introduced the CELTA to Perth (in 1987)
Our popularity is attributable to our teachers and support staff. Our teachers combine tried and trusted methods with innovative ideas and new technology—effective learning results from good teacher/student engagement. Our teaching is never boring.
Extras are important, too. That’s why we have weekly social events, sports, competitions and excursions.
