Meet the Program Facilitator

Min Sheen Tan is a speaker, author, facilitator and communication coach who helps students and professionals become more confident, engaging and authentic communicators.

With a background spanning food technology, UX design, entrepreneurship and innovation, Min understands that great communication is not about sounding perfect. It is about making ideas clear, connecting with your audience and having the confidence to be yourself.

He has spoken at conferences and events, facilitated workshops, mentored students and professionals, and even stepped onto the stand-up comedy stage. His diverse experiences have shaped a practical and approachable style of public speaking that encourages people to find their own voice rather than imitate someone else's.

Min is also the author of For Food’s Sake, which explores the often-confusing world of processed food, and was featured on ABC’s Four Corners: Duped – Food Exposed.

Originally from New Zealand and now based in Perth, Min is also a passionate foodie, community builder and yogi who believes that becoming a better speaker can open doors both personally and professionally.
