Discounted Rates for Curtin University's On-Campus Accommodation

Curtin University is celebrating the launch of its new Perth on-campus accommodation with special rates for 2022!

St Catherine's College is Curtin's first catered accommodation, offering a full college experience, and will welcome its first students in 2022. There are three room types to choose from, ranging from $428 per week to $470 per week for 40 weeks. St. Catherine’s College has full and part-catered options, depending on room types.

In 2022, students will be able to apply for The Curtin Award to live at St Catherine's College at Curtin University. The Award provides $7,500 for all Curtin residents* admitted to St Catherine’s College, deducted straight from your residential fees.

UniLodge offers a range of independent living options including self-contained studios with ensuites, and fully-furnished private rooms in shared apartments. Twin Dolphin Hall is the new offering opening in 2022, located in Curtin's Exchange precinct.

The Curtin Bonus provides a 50% reduction in weekly rent for all Curtin residents* living in UniLodge accommodation. There's a range of existing accommodation options for students to choose from across the Perth campus, ranging from $176 to $367 per week. The Curtin Bonus reduces these rates to between just $88 and $184 per week in 2022. There are eight different room types within Twin Dolphin Hall, ranging from $252 per week to $373 per week. Rates include utilities and WiFi.
