Meet Jocelle, our vibrant Member Engagement Coordinator! Since stepping into her role in 2022, Jocelle has been at the heart of our mission, expertly connecting with StudyPerth's education and associate members, government bodies, and industry leaders to spotlight the value of international education. Her exceptional leadership in sector engagement and collaborative projects is nothing short of fantastic.
With a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and HR and a rich background in higher education at The University of Western Australia, Jocelle brings over seven years of industry experience to her role. Her passion for quality education shines through in her advocacy efforts, and she's a prominent leader in promoting international education within WA's broader community.
Beyond her work with StudyPerth, Jocelle is a Co-Chair for the WA Chapter of the IEAA Young Professionals. In this role, she dedicates her time to organising networking events and fostering connections among emerging professionals in the international education sector.
Jocelle thrives on the dynamic nature of the job, especially the opportunity to interact with a diverse array of people - members, students, and stakeholders alike. These interactions allow her to build meaningful relationships and enrich the educational landscape.
When she's not at work, Jocelle enjoys unwinding with family and friends, exploring new destinations through travel, and capturing her adventures with photography and vlogging. She's also delving into the world of music, learning to play the ukelele in her downtime. With her adventurous spirit and dedication, Jocelle brings a unique blend of enthusiasm and expertise to everything she does!
