WA Government International Student incentives

The WA Government understands the financial pressures of moving to and living in a new city.

To help take some of the pressure off, financial assistance is available through a number of unique new student incentives and scholarships.

These include accommodation subsidies, bursaries for those studying in regional areas, and occasional support for specific fields of study, aiming to alleviate the financial pressures often associated with pursuing higher education in Western Australia.

Wellbeing Support

Free Counselling Support

We have partnered with Multicultural Services Centre of WA (MSCWA) to create a safe space to offer free counselling sessions, available in various languages. Counselling sessions are available virtually (via Zoom or Teams) or in person at one of MSCWA’s offices.

Legal advice

To help international students understand their legal rights, StudyPerth will provide FREE multilingual and confidential legal advisory services via My Legal Mate.
