We all know how important it is to be physically healthy, but did you know it is just as important to be mentally healthy?
In combination with physical health, looking after your mental health and general wellbeing can improve confidence, increase focus and ability to retain new information, all very helpful skills to have when you are navigating life in a new home city.
Moving and studying in a completely new city can be daunting. If you are feeling this, don’t worry. There is lots of support available as you adjust to your new studies and life. We have put together a list of some key places you can look to for support during your time in Perth.
