As an international student living in WA you have the opportunity to register for your chance to receive an Explorer Pass. 

An Explorer Pass entitles you to receive a discount of up to $100 to be used on tours and experiences around Perth and WA.

How to book

Using your Explorer Pass is easy.  Simply visit www.studyperth.com.au/book and then do the following:

  1. Choose a tour or attraction that interests you by selecting from our most popular experiences listed online here
  2. Select the number of people and the date you would like to complete the experience
  3. Add the experience to the cart
  4. At the checkout add your Explorer Pass code into the promo code field - a valid Explorer Pass will reduce the cost of the experience by up to $100
  5. Enter your details and enjoy your adventure!

NOTE FOR ROUND TWO: Previous registrants need not apply, as only one Explorer Pass can be claimed per international student. We have reactivated the codes of those who registered in Round Two and didn't use their Pass.

  • Who is eligible to sign up for an Explorer Pass promo code?
    • International students currently residing in the State of Western Australia, aged 18 years or over at the time of registration;
    • International students currently residing in the State of Western Australia, not 18 years at the time of registration for the promotion can apply through their legal guardian (homestay family) and;
    • Legal guardians (homestay families) who have an international student under their care.

    Only one $100 promo code can be claimed per person for each of the above categories. You will need to provide your details and agree to the terms and conditions when you register.

    There are 2,000 promo codes available and allocation will be at the discretion of the Promoter. Registration for the promotion does not automatically guarantee you allocation of a promo code.

    The promo code will be in the form of a unique promotional code and not an actual voucher.

    Employees of the Promoter and the Promoter’s contractors and agents (including the participating visitor information centre associated with this Promotion) are not eligible to enter.

  • How do I sign up for a promo code?

    Please visit www.studyperth.com.au/explorerpass where you will find an online registration form. You will need to provide your full name, a valid email address, mobile phone number, your residential street address and agree to the terms and conditions. If successful in being allocated a promo code, you may be required to show photo ID when you use your promo code voucher to go to redeem your tourism booking.

  • Is there a cost involved?

    There is no cost to register and receive a promo code. The promo code voucher can only be used to redeem a booking for West Australian tours and tourism experiences that must be booked through the Western Australian Visitor Centre.

  • I don’t have a mobile phone, how can I access the promo code?

    You must have a valid Australian mobile phone number in order to receive your promo code .
