We recommend committing to something that adds“ value” once a day; for example, doing something that brings joy, creating a meal that nourishes your belly, perhaps something that provides space and time out for the thinking mind or honours your needs in that moment (like saying no or giving yourself permission to cancel your plans).

This season brings indulgences, excitement and far more on the social calendar so your self care practices are even more critical at this time.
