Bentley Pines Restaurant:

Located on-site at the Polytechnic West Bentley campus, the Bentley Pines Restaurant is a live, interactive training environment for our hospitality students. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, and offers a variety of different dining experiences at various points throughout the semester, from a casual bistro lunch to extravagant five course dinners with different menus in each semester.

Quinlan's Training Restaurant

At Quinlan's Training Restaurant, Challenger Institute students have the opportunity to fully manage a restaurant and showcase their skills in planning a menu, budgeting, making purchases, and preparing and serving food and drinks to a discerning restaurant audience made up of members of the public.

Pavilion Restaurant

The Pavilion Restaurant is a fine dining, à la carte restaurant operated by students at the West Coast Academy of Hospitality and Culinary Arts. This real life training environment is where the next star chefs, wait staff and front of house staff cut their teeth.

Open for lunch and dinner from Tuesday-Friday.
